Mark was one of the main decision makers in building HPNOTIQ & NUVO and Mark’s primary focus was spearheading the celebrity & cultural marketing and the financial & branding strategies. He positioned these "first to market" drinks as the party potion amongst the entertainment industry’s elite. Through non-traditional marketing, he made HPNOTIQ & NUVO the premiere drink amongst entertainments A-List social scene. His personal relationships brought those marketing strategies into fruition. After building these brands, HPNOTIQ sold to Heaven Hill Distillery only 2 years after launch. NUVO sold to the world’s largest liquor conglomerate Diageo, within 3 years of launch and in that same year Diageo acquired our XO Cognac hybrid brand called 22 Marquis. Three exits in the spirits industry is quit an accomplishment, but Mark feels like he is just getting started!Williams’ is a wizard at connecting the dots and he makes sure that all of his relationships and businesses have the same connective tissue.
