- Greater Gabbard Offshore Wind Farm Project ( USA FLUOR ) Welding inspector- Responsible for welding inspection, progress and expediting on Mono-piles, Transition pieces and Secondary Steel. Welding Inspection includes Reviewing PQR and WPS, Welding Preparation, Fit-up Check, Welding Parameter etc; Final Inspection includes Visual, Dimension Check and Witness NDT etc.

- Responsible for reviewing the welding process design to ensure that the design drawings is scientific, economic and manufacturing; responsible for raising and reviewing of new structure, new materials , new welding technologies and design task documents- Responsible for drafting the welding PQR plan and PWPS according to welding standards (for example AMSE IX , ISO EN 15614, API 1104 or AWS D1.1 etc ) and clients’ specifications. Perform welding technology testing and assessment and fully control the process; review of welding technology testing and report technology assessment result. ;- Draft or proofread weld design sheet; WPS; Welding rules card ; PWHT process cards; draft or proofread material consumption;- Communicate with other departments timely and proactively; sign alternative material sheet; compile and proofreading materials substitution notice after the change of material；participate in disposal of unqualified product.- Determine the quality of welding process control points; Organize analysis to the customer feedback on the issue of product quality and propose solutions or develop repairing program, if necessary, carry out technical guidance on site going to production sites and carrying out technical services and technical communication. - Compile or guide staff compiling standard documents such as technical codes, technical details and general technology; provide guidance for proper application.- Participation in various standards and document-making; participate in the tending, replacement, outsourcing, procurement and other technical co-ordination to meet the requirements of the relevant departments. Take part in assessment of the welding technology of supplier.- Organize regular training, examination and certificate replacement for welders; Control welders’ routine archives;
