Responsibilities:He was responsible in maintaining the front end component of a “Web OS” application where the data was stored in a remote server while the front end is installed in a desktop or laptop. He closely worked with a team of 4 developers. His responsibilities included designing and creating new features and bug fixing. He was also the team leader of the front end team. Responsibilities:He was responsible in maintaining the Retail Systems Manager (RSM) Product of NCR (USA). He closely worked with other developers. His responsibilities included designing and creating new modules and bug fixing. He was assigned as the technical team leader of the team in Cebu. He also put his hands on the hiring drive for new programmers, training new programmers as well as guiding and helping the new programmers to resolve some issues with their work assignments and participate with code reviews.Accomplishments:- He started as a User Interface developer handling modules developed in HTML and JavaScript. In less than a year he was already working on big modules developed in C++ and Java.- When the only senior member and team leader of the team left, he stepped up on the moment and helped the team deliver the unfinished modules. - He received commendation from his managers for always stepping up during critical stages of the product development and quickly picking up new stuff which helps the team stay or catch up with the schedule.- He has quickly solved bugs that even the original developers are having a hard time to solve.
