Ontario Centre of Excellence for Child and Youth Mental Health• Collaborated with senior leaders across Ontario to support change management practices (implementation science) for sustainable implementation of evidenced informed practices (EIPs). • Led the design and delivery of five workshops helping agencies develop the skills to implement sustainable EIPs. • Oversaw the development, implementation and evaluation of supports to assist child and youth mental health agencies across Ontario in their implementation of evidence-informed practices.

• Developed and implemented mental health strategies and programming to ensure effective and efficient delivery of mental health services for 18,000 full-time and 35,000 part-time students. (Algonquin College)• Revitalized the Algonquin College Test Centre by improving client services and capacity• Enhanced Aboriginal Student Support Centre Services (Mamidosewin Centre) which serves approximately 1000 First Nation, Métis, and Inuit students. The College draws students from over 62 communities in Ontario

•Managed the services delivered by a team of physicians, nurses, counsellors serving a population of 5000 students with 50% of students living in residence•Increased the Health and Counselling Centre profile on campus resulting in University administration and the Student’s Union jointly funded the renovation of the physical facilities for the services ($1.6 million).
