I am a UEFA B Licence coach. I am professional and self-motivated. I have excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for developing and nurturing talented players. • I coach individual players within a team framework. This demonstrates my ability to aid young players to develop a range of strategies to help them cope with the demands of becoming a professional footballer, whilst working to a coaching philosophy.• Players that I have helped to develop have gained International caps for Northern Ireland at under 17’s and 18's age groups.• I have coached young players whilst in a competitive, results orientated league. This demonstrates my commitment, innovation and ability to develop the player technically and tactically.• I have knowledge and experience of working in an educational environment. Working for a private coaching company with centres throughout Northern Ireland. I coach after school programmes, toddler sessions and mini(6-9 years old) This role involves a high level of promotions and organization. In addition offering older players conditioning coaching, skills coaching, goalkeeper coaching, match analysis & much more.

Working on site at a Thomas Cook hotel in Lanzarote, I delivered street skills soccer coaching to boys and girls aged 5 – 16. This involved a lot of promotions and displays. In addition I worked in other sections for Thomas Cook in the entertainment department. Working 6 days a week around 45 hours a week. leading coach education program for the ISSA for developing skill in players using street soccer.Trained by International Street Soccer Association to deliver street soccer coaching and demonstrator
