    Eco International is a leading electronics recycling company in the United States. Following an acquisition the company needed a key player to manage the integration of the two companies. Through a selection process my services were hired to accomplish that task. Part of that included the build out of their Rancho Cucamonga facility which has included all infrastructure, personnel and processes. Within a three month period I was able to built out a warehouse that was contributing significant revenue at minimal costs. Further expansion was deliver after this warehouse into other markets.
