-Study the projects documents (Specs, BOQ, Vendor List & Time schedule).-Preparing material submittals and review compliance sheets as per project specs and responsible for technical review for the consultant’s comments and the technical reply from supplier.-Review the material requisition and prepare financial and technical offers.-Responsible for submission for the mechanical equipment [ Fire Suppression Systems (Clean Agent, CO2 & Foam) – Water Features– VRF – Elevators ].-Manage subcontractors and determine each subcontractor's ability to meet Company and project requirements, and negotiates the terms & conditions and issues their contracts.

-Study the projects documents (Specs, BOQ, Vendor List & Time schedule).-Preparing material submittals and review compliance sheets as per project specs and responsible for technical review for the consultant’s comments and the technical reply from supplier.-Review the material requisition and prepare financial and technical offers.-Reviewing and approve project’s material requisition to ensure that the requested quantity within the take off and the requested items within the BOQ.-Track any changes the project contract or actual work and report any change.-Responsible for submission for the mechanical equipment ( Chillers – Cooling Towers – Pumps – Expansion Tanks – VRF – Heat Exchangers – Filtration Systems – Elevators).-Reviewing the approved calculations from the technical office to prepare the technical submittals.
