Director of Sales and Marketing at Boulevard Events, multi-award winning, family run event catering company. I come from a family of food and catering entrepreneurs and I spent most of my youth hanging around the kitchen in our family restaurant 'Boulevard.' After school I worked full-time as a Chef for Boulevard Catering, our delivery catering arm, before attending University to study another passion of mine in Sports Science. It was there that I found I had a passion for health and human performance, leaving with a research masters degree and a publication in the journal of Medicine and Science in Sport and Exercise . I've spent over a decade improving my own health and well-being, dedicating most of my spare time to learning what I can about nutrition, exercise and sleep. I'm a strong advocate for health and I try to help others, wherever possible, to take better care of themselves. I'm a founder and official speaker for EventWell, a vital resource and support network for event professionals' physical and mental health and well-being. I'm also the well-being advisor for ILEA UK.When I'm not doing that, I'm running our family events catering company with my brothers and sister. Developing the most creative, sustainable and delicious catering possible, and serving it at events all over London.
