Develop & maintenance of a Proposition Governance structure, along with a project and programme delivery process, to support Proposition & Project managers deliver on programme objectives. Project assurance & support for all Proposition projects, including the coordination and chairing of a cadence of governance approval & steering meetings. Co-ordination of Dublin Airports EU Led SESAR programme deliverables, attending key alignment meetings with peer European airports, tracking of Dublin Airport delivery submissions to the programme, and co-ordination/ support of EU funding applications which support the programme. Key responsibilities:• Development & maintenance of project delivery process• Development & delivery of project prioritization process • Development of a supporting PMO handbook• Development & maintenance of all project documentation & tools, including task trackers, project charters, risk registers.• Implementation of project management tools across project management team (project web)• Coordination of project management deliverables – project charters, reports, approval presentations• Chair of governance group meetings – including the tracking of all decisions, communication of minutes and planning/scheduling meetings• Project assurance for all proposition projects, offering support in good project management practice.• Feedback/steering to project managers as part of Governance Group• Development and delivery of weekly and monthly project status reports• Team co-ordination – Action tracking, meeting scheduling, agendas, etc

Supporting the Office of Business Management in developing and implementing a business improvement program for DAP Operations. Driving efficiency through business management processes (e.g. resource management, portfolio governance reporting) and ensuring accountability & compliance to successfully deliver DAP Operations strategic initiatives and maximize consistency across all business units.Towards the end of this period, due to COVID related changes, I acted as a stream lead for the overall Operations shift changes, focusing on new terminal shift structure and interactions.Key Responsibilities:• Support in developing and implementing new ways of working for DAP operations.• Governance support of program of works• Programme tracking and reporting.• Project management support• Development and maintenance of project management process & associated tools & templates• Programme risk management
