Project: Teeside Propane Storage ProjectOnshore site coating inspection of fabrication of 6 PPSVs (Pressurised Propane Storage Vessels).Assisting to develop client procedures, forms & Inspection & Test Plan.Assurance of compliance with ITP & specifications report.Visual welding inspections carried out at construction phase.Reviewing and raising technical queries to assist QAQC management. Attending all end-client inspections carried out by the contractor to work with the contractor’s inspection team to ensure compliance and testing is completed and records maintained.All contractor records to review and sign off for Conoco Phillips acceptance at each stage of the production in line with the specification requirements and the ITP.Attending all coating inspections to ensure that all inspections are completed, and that the product follows specification on behalf Conoco Phillips.Ensuring that QC records are completed and collated by the contractor and accepted following detailed review.Completion of a daily report to the project team.Ensuring that all records are progressively meticulously reviewed, approved, signed off .Monitoring equipment used by personnel is calibrated.Monitoring production processes are being followed and offering proactive solutions to any issues/opportunities encountered.Carrying out site quality audits as required on production processes.Raising and closing out relevant internal non-conformance reports.Complying with all relevant procedures and deliver high standards of safety performance during all operations.Responding promptly and effectively to changing circumstances, planning for contingencies and managing conflicting priorities.Supporting in all elements of health, safety, security and environmental aspect for the organisation.Familiar with the permit to work system and like to implement a good safety culture throughout site. Excellent communication skills.

Project: Deutsche Bucht offshore wind farm project, Idesa fabrication yard, Aviles, SpainOther duties as in current role.Onshore site QAQC inspection of fabrication of 31 wind turbine Transition Pieces.Implementation of NORSOK, M-501 and VGB-BAW Standards and codes.Visual welding inspections carried out at construction phase.Reviewing and raising technical queries to assist QAQC management. All contractor records to review and sign off for Deutsche Bucht acceptance at each stage of the production in line with the specification requirements and the ITP.Attending all coating inspections to ensure that all inspections are completed, and that the product follows specification on behalf of the client.Ensuring that QC records are completed and collated by the contractor and accepted following detailed review.Completion of a daily report to the project team.Ensuring that all records are progressively meticulously reviewed, approved, signed off and passed to the Document Controller for document package submissions.Dealing efficiently and on own initiative with a high-volume workload. IProject: Maersk Oil’s Global Producer III FPSODrawing detailed plans for achieving each milestone of the project including; preparing status reports to stakeholders, ensure that each stage of the project progresses within schedule. Working within strict compliance of company procedures on all work related matters such HSEQ, materials, manpower, budget and processes. Providing supervision leadership to Bilfinger Salamis Platform personnel ensuring that Deck operations are co-ordinated safely. Monitoring the day-to-day activities; conduct regular inspections on coatings/welding activities.Ensuring that the work environment is protected in accordance with Bilfinger Salamis policies and regulatory requirements. Assigning work to Platform personnel based on current demands and project requirements. Ensuring permits are in place and in accordance with the objective of the job.

Project: Burbo Bank, Walney Extension, Hornsea Wind Turbine Transition Piece (TP) fabricationOther duties as in current role.Onshore site QAQC Co-Ordination of fabrication of 47 wind turbine Transition PiecesAttend all coating inspections (1st coat, 2nd coat 3rd coat) to ensure that all inspections are completed recorded and ensure before release that the product follows specification on behalf of OSB.Completion of a daily report to the project team.Monitoring numbers or personnel on program and progress to plan daily.Ensuring that all records are progressively meticulously reviewed, approved, signed off and passed to the Document Controller for document package submissions.Attendance of inspections / tests of project materials and performance.
