Supervise and train a team of 5 members, allocating 15 to 20 billion in TBA allocations monthlyMentor summer analysts on daily functions, policies and proceduresReview and approve the group's daily task check list to ensure all functions have been completedExecute the netting of FNMA,GNMA and Gold productsInitiate Roundrobin calls to reduce MBS fails Track and generate daily MBS volume activity report for senior managementResearch and generate monthly CPR claimsResponsible for the structure of collateral agency deals including Megas, Giants, Platinums and REMICsLiaise with sales, trading and client service groups to deliver seamless client experience effectively Participate in monthly Securities Industry & Financial Markets industry call to determine MBS calendar scheduleResponsible for the development and implementation of Group Intra Day disaster recovery plan to maintain business continuation in the event of street-wide outage.

Responsible for the direct supervision of a team of 7 with a montly volume of 50-80 billion in TBA allocation volume.Personally responsible for 15-20 Billion of TBA allocations monthly.
