About Mark Manda Mba

With over twenty years of experience in the Banking industry I have had the opportunity to work in many sectors of the industry. My career started as a loan officer with Wells Fargo working in retail banking (credit cards, personal loans, mortgages and auto financing). From there I spent several years in the role of Branch Sales Manager for both Regions and Chase Bank. Those roles gave me the opportunity to focus on the sales management and team building side of the business, which included hiring and developing staff. In addition to staffing, it allowed for my development in the overall financial performance of the financial centers. After several years of Retail banking, I transitioned to commercial lending where I spent my first eleven years with B1 Bank as SVP / Commercial Banking for the Northshore Region. In 2019 I transitioned to a new role as Northshore Market President for Red River Bank where I spent four years building out the Northshore Market. In July 2023 I had an opportunity to join BankPlus as the Northshore President, which is my current role, leading a great team!Specialties: My specialties include: Management, Leadership, Negotiation and Decision Making
