Assistant Controller –- Develop processes for Production Yields Generation, Analysis, and Reporting with strict deadlines. Profit and Loss daily and weekly estimating and reporting for prior day’s production. Create reports and analyze large amounts of data with MS Excel. - Collaborate with Operations Manager to improve accuracy of documentation and profitability reporting. Work closely with Plant Controller on Month End closing procedures, Journal Entries, and Reconciliations.Senior Accountant – - Produce daily profitability estimates based on current meat prices, plant costs, and Cattle contracts. Roll up daily estimates into a weekly profit statement- Reconcile weekly estimates against actual cattle costs, sales values, and production costs. Review variances to increase future accuracy. Approve cattle payments to FeedlotsCredit Analyst – - Verified credit histories with suppliers in and outside of our credit association. Confirmed bank relationships and account balancesReviewed financial statements and calculated financial ratios to gauge liquidity. Assigned and reviewed credit limits and credit lines to new and existing customers
