Responsibility’s include Supervision and coordination of activities of personnel engaged in performing metrology and other part measurements and verifications required for quality control of processes and products.Continually seeking improvement to lab equipment, techniques and technologies to support ever-changing customer needs and expectations. Maintain calibration on all lab equipment and provides calibration service for the entire facility maintaining all ISO requirement and documentation.Quality Analyst/Engineering: Developed and implemented test/operating procedures for per customer requirements. Worked directly with customer to solve quality complaints by implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions always demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to exhibit an energetic, positive, approach to teamwork using Advanced Quality tools such as GD&T, Failure Modes Effect Analysis (FMEA) Root Cause analysis, SPC, Mistake Proofing/Poka Yoke. Verified drawings refined and corrected designs for engineering. Produced detailed inspection and assembly instructions along with required fixturing and necessary techniques for inspection and manufacturing personnel.

Recruited directly from accredited machine building apprenticeship program into critical machine repair function. Responsible for injection molding and general industry machine uptime. Demonstrated versatility and leadership qualities to move through diverse assignments as a CNC Machinist, programming and operating vertical machine centers, lathes, wire EDM, general tool room equipment; etc. The last 10 years were spent in the Quality Dept. as a Quality tech. some of the duties include: Managed gauge control program, performing first-piece, prototype, and physical / dimensional gauge inspections and calibrations, in the lab and on production floor. Maintained and calibrate all specialized tooling and measurement equipment to perform layouts and inspections to traceable standards. Completed gauge layouts, wiper module and/or component layouts using Coordinate Measurement Machine (CMM), and maintain electronic and hardcopy records according to plant policies and procedures. Generated weekly gauge control progress report distributed plant wide; report directly to Quality Lab Manager.
