I manage the entire retail branch operation. While managing 7 employees (conduct performance reviews, selection and performance counseling), I am ultimately responsible for driving branch performance that results in a strong individual, and team, sales performance. Additionally I lead, direct, and execute superior service, sales behaviors and activities by the entire team in order to meet/exceed 100% of branch sales goals while maintaining an operationally efficient and compliant branch. I conduct outside sales efforts to bring in new relationships, while also maintaining and expanding existing personal and business banking relationships. I also ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures and risk management policies.

As a Board Member, I helped through volunteering and support, a strong, vibrant community through the development, promotion and coordination of arts and cultural activities. Although I am no longer on the board for now, I do believe they are doing great things to promote the Arts in Wake Forest, NC and I plan to continue to help!
