I have over 20 years experience in Account Management, Business Development, Client Retention and growth. My experience was initially in the financial services sector and since 2002 in health and wellbeing, holding senior roles with companies such as Forward Trust, GE Capital, Nuffield Health, UK Preventive Medicine and most recently Bluecrest Wellness. In the health and wellbeing sector I have built robust and fruitful relationships with leading consultancies and been successful in bringing solutions to market through introductions from the intermediary channel in to leading corporates. I have managed service delivery and stakeholder relationships with many large companies, facilitating product development and integration with other related benefits to maximise tangible outcomes. I believe that if UK companies could prioritise investment in the engagement, wellbeing and productivity of their workforce in the same way as they do for the maintenance of their IT and vehicles, that would be a quantum leap forward to maximising their returns!
