• Manage a team of 7 AML Associates; Responsible for oversight, coaching, mentoring, & performance reviews• Responsible for intake control of bulk assignment of alerts; Assign, review scenario, prior SAR and case history, and ensure completion within SLA• Responsible for reviewing each team member’s alerts to ensure alert had been fully documented in accordance with Firm's AML policy and that a proper disposition had been recorded in the Mantas case management system.

• Serve as the primary contact for, and deliver a seamless experience to, private banking clients.• Partner with integrated team members to ensure that client accounts are maintained and managed in order to achieve optimum banking and investment needs; considered team lead and person with most seniority.• Examine and evaluate client accounts to look for cross-marketing opportunities • Review customer KYC documentation; contact customer and update as necessary• Actively manage Brokerage, Investment Management, Fiduciary, Credit, Margin and DDA accounts. • Perform cash management including; funding of investments, private equities and margin requirements. • Monitor cash projections, upcoming loan and/or bond maturities, large security and cash infusions and prepare income projections.• Review and investigate Anti Money Laundering (AML) alerts specific to client flows and client transactions• Assist in facilitating foreign exchange trades, restricted stock transactions, private equity investments, and U.S. Treasury trades and auctions.• Partner with clients and credit specialists to develop loan strategies and collateralization.• Excel in multitasking and detail orientation to meet aggressive deadlines in fulfilling client requests.• Promoted to Vice President in 2008.
