My role in the team and as a trade partner is to review plan sets and product data ensuring we have the correct materials for the site conditions provided. I help our contractors and partners overcome obstacles that can be revealed during demolition of renovation projects. I can formulate and execute change orders for the team. I make sure our installation crews have up to date plan sets by staying connected to procore or plan grid through out the projects. We set ourselves apart with quality of installation and with my attention to detail and hands on approach in the field we continue to deliver. Primarily I managed acoustical ceiling and flooring crews, checking plans and submitals to make sure our crews were set up for success. I'd schedule and manage quality assurance. I was able to utilize software's such as procore and plan grid to help develop and streamline the company's processes. We worked closely with our Architectural department to provide an integrated service from design all the way to installation. The company specialized in Healthcare which was comfortable as id worked on hospital projects in New Zealand and Ireland.
