I prepare and manage streaming media files and film assets for hosting on the Docuseek educational streaming platform, and handle media ingest and title set-up process for Bullfrog Films' assets as well as new distributors to the platform. I also post and share content on Docuseek's social media accounts, and handle Ad campaigns.I have also edited, disseminated and promoted several instructional videos for Docuseek2 users.

I have been at Bullfrog Films for over 15 years.I oversee Bullfrog Films' social media presence on Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube, LinkedIn and Vimeo, I am responsible for handling film festival bookings and submissions are my primary tasks at the company.I regularly handle graphic design work using Adobe desktop publishing programs, including posters, DVD wrap and disc art, and graphic assets for our websites and social media accounts, including bullfrogfilms.com and bullfrogcommunities.com.I am in charge of making films available for consumer streaming on Amazon Prime Video, Vimeo On Demand, and other streaming services.I recently coordinated asset deliver for two nationwide screening tours, in coordination with Twin Seas Media, for the Bullfrog releases A CRIME ON THE BAYOU and ITHAKA.Together with my associate Alex Hoskyns-Abrahall, I developed and put into place Bullfrog's livestreaming capabilities and workflow to allow Bullfrog Film and Bullfrog Communities to begin offering virtual screenings at the start of the pandemic. It has since become a popular and versatile option for both community and classroom screenings and events.Additional duties at Bullfrog include:• Shipping and receiving• Inventory duties for our Fulfillment by Amazon account• Writing promotional copy and creating graphics for email and listserv blasts• Creating promotional web and print materials for festivals, conferences, and academic meetings where Bullfrog is exhibiting• Preparing web graphics, promotional materials and screening resources for our community streaming site, Bullfrog Communities• DCP creation for film festivals and theatrical screenings.• Proofreading and editing subtitle and caption files• Quality control on replication/duplication masters for all new releases before they go into production
