Duties include oversight of all lending related functions of this $550 million bank, overseeing a $280 million loan portfolio. I am responsible for the credit administration functions including risk management; policy enactment and enforcement; front-end guidance and underwriting; management of allowance for loan and lease losses; credit portfolio stress testing; and all special assets. I oversee the commercial lending and leasing functions including conventional and credit enhanced lending (SBA and USDA) and consumer lending; credit analytical; and loan documentation and operations functions of the bank. I serve as chairman of the Bank Loan Committee and participate in all meetings of the Board of Directors, Asset Liability Committee; Pricing Committee and Technology Committee.

We raised $25.6 million in initial capital through over 750 shareholders via initial public offering. This level of capital represented a 28% oversubscription of our minimum $20 million offering. This offering was placed directly by our management team without the benefit of an underwriting investment banker. I personally brought 130 shareholders to the project, raising $3.5 million in capital.
