As Employer Engagement Manager, my task is to generate new leads and maintain customer relationships within the Food and Manufacturing sector. As Head of E-Track I streamline operations and influence a more positive learner outcome. I provide users online, real time across to monitor progress and brings together learners and assessors in order to move learning forward. E-Track has been fully integrated with Tribals market leading Learning Management System, Maytas. As a result of this it can measure each learner's progression against funding.
