Lifelong resident of South Carolina. Born in Fountain Inn SC as one of seven children. Attended public schools in both Laurens and Greenville county. Graduated from Lander College in December 1986. Married to Susan King Masters with two children, two step children & seven grandkids.My career spanned from 1987-2022 with Para-Chem Southern Inc., when I retired February 3, 2022. Have been with same company 35 years although sold three times . Have held positions in Technical sales service, Product Management, Sales, National Sales Manager, Director of Sales & Marketing, Plant Manager, VP of Operations and Director of Operations.My career has been in the Chemical/Coatings/Adhesives industry for Acrylic Polymers, Latex Coatings, WB & Solvent Based Adhesives servicing industries ranging from Irrigation, Furniture, Bedding, RV, Marine ,Van and Bus conversion, Aerospace, Textiles, Roofing and HVAC just to name a few.I have held responsibility for Sourcing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Logistics (Managing in house truck fleet) and directed operations of up to 8 manufacturing operations across the US.
