Working with Leeds City Council's framework consultants providing cost management services and NEC PM support including cost reporting to Project Board on a £40m flood alleviation scheme and a £24m Cycle Superhighway scheme. Retail convenience stores for WM Morrisons nationally working with Framework Consultant based in Leeds: Managing feasibility estimating and design team requiring day-to-day liaison with WMS acquisition managers and agents. The role involved provision of initial benchmarked desktop estimates with designs followed by site visits and preparation of detailed store layouts and robust cost estimates for presentation during internal board meetings. During the delivery stage we acted as Employer's Agent responsible for agreeing scope and cost aligned to the feasibility budget with the framework contractor. We have also recently completed an extension to Barnsley Art Gallery and some sustainable housing in St Albans.

Team Leader in Government, Commercial and Water sectors. Responsible for the delivery of cost and project management services under NEC and JCT forms of Contract. Projects included museums, shopping centres, prisons, police buildings. In the last 3 years I worked in the Water Sector as a Team Leader delivering commercial management and timely scheme close out services on a £380m programme of work in AMP 4. Lead project and commercial manager in AMP 5 delivering £350m of major civil engineering works. Provision of detailed project monitoring services to financial institutions and other lenders to assess financial viability and risk.

Citywall Estates were a mixed use property developer. My role was wide ranging including commercial and project management. This involved working in a team responsible for all pre-contract work comprising development appraisal, site acquisition, consultant appointments, managing design development, value engineering, overseeing planning applications, preparation of tender documents, tender negotiation, preparation of contract documents, preparing funding packages for agreement with financial institutions and equity partners, agreeing collateral warranties with consultants, contractors, sub-contractors and funders and liaison with sales agents.
