Equity Prime Brokerage OnboardingCoordinate all aspects of the onboarding process for Equity Prime Brokerage and Equity Swap relationships, ensuring the documentation process proceeds in a timely fashion, connectivity is in place and the process is seamless for clients.

Prime Client OnboardingCoordinated all aspects of the onboarding process for Prime Brokerage and bi-lateral repo relationships including but not limited to, due diligence review, risk and credit call, legal documentation, account setup and client training.• Assisted in the negotiations of legal agreements by conveying Business concerns to clients. • Introduced clients to key contacts throughout Cantor Fitzgerald to ensure they received proper coverage.• Provided ongoing support to clients, post go-live that resolved issues related to reporting and online access.• Conducted bi-weekly meetings with the Prime Services IT team to review recent go-lives and prioritize the current pipeline.• Created and implemented best practices and procedures across the various product lines.

Prime Brokerage Transition ManagementManaged the on-boarding of new and organic clients onto the Prime Services platform by ensuring the documentation process proceeds in a timely fashion, connectivity is in place, and that the process is seamless for clients.• Voting member of the New Business Committee that is responsible for approval of new and existing business coming onto the platform.• Managed the day to day operations of the desk including assigning coverage and authorizing new account openings.• Provided metrics to senior management to assist in profitability assessment.• Coordinated monthly meetings with Client Service and Operations to communicate topics that arise during the transition process.• Communicated to clients the impact that any Regulatory changes (i.e. IOSCO, BRRD, Dodd-Frank) will have on their business.• Conducted monthly Supervisory checks to ensure company Risk and Compliance guidelines are being followed by the team.• Oversaw the functions of the Offshore team to ensure policies and procedures are being followed.
