I have been in the electronics field since the early 80’s when I joined the military as an electronic technician. I spent the next decade working on various electronic systems and auxiliary equipment, at the end of this time I became an instructor for electronic technicians and was instrumental in developing a new state of the art training center for new technicians. On transitioning to the private sector, I began my career with a major semiconductor equipment supplier as an instructor for their automated processing equipment. Recognized for my ability to think independently, I was asked to perform field testing on new equipment designs and upgrades, providing diagnostic reports with proposed solutions to an engineering group for implementation on later systems. Over the last 14 years my troubleshooting skills and comprehensive knowledge of semiconductor wet process equipment have led me to be consistently sought out for technical support as well as instructing.
