Anderson Cutting Systems (Subsidiary of JWFI) owned four patents with exclusive rights to produce water and downdraft tables used to control environmental smoke and dust for the plasma cutting industries. I developed the business marketing and sales plans. I put together estimating parameters, and new product development ideas. All fabrication was contracted to JWF Industries, Inc. Fabrication Division.

JWF Industries, Inc. is a large job shop specializing in the fabrication of products for OEM’s (Such as JLG, Grove, GAP VAX, etc…) In addition to the fabrication of structural steel (W6-W24 Beams) and Powder Coating. I had comprehensive responsibility for projects from sales, quoting, engineering, through manufacturing and onsite installation for 1-3 million dollar projects. I had responsibility of schedule & design of all projects with total supervision of production (Three-Shifts). I worked directly with all customers at all levels of management. I worked with and understand financial statements and many business related software programs. I helped develop the companies’ strategic & operational plans.

J.W. Steel Fabrication, Co. is a small job shop specialized in fabricated products, small to large structural buildings (W6-W24 Beams), and maintenance products for the Steel Mill Industries. As Project Engineer, I was responsible for the engineering dept. (three detailers) scheduling & designing of all projects, total supervision of production. I maintained all company’s computer systems for accounting and engineering.

Darr Construction, Inc. is a family operated General Contractor who specialized in the construction of new and the restoration of existing schools, hospitals, large apartment buildings, and public buildings. I was in charge of all HVAC & Plumbing estimating and project manager of all projects. I worked with customers, general contactors and Union employees to produce and install on site HVAC & Plumbing products.

Sheesley Construction, Inc. deals in air separation/process piping for chemical/cryogenics industries. As chief project manager/quality control manager. I was in charge of estimating, purchasing, detailing, scheduling, and total supervision of production, OSHA/Safety Supervisor/Training and quality assurance. Maintained ASME “U” & “R” Stamp for Pressure Vessels and Heat Exchangers. Worked with customer, general contactors and Union employees to produce and install on site all products.
