Kbc Outbound Insurance Sales
CurrentI am currently working on a KBC Home Insurance campaign outsourced by Interaction in which I am cold call existing mortgage customers trying sell them our home insurance product.This involves making over a 100 calls a day and includes processing and explaining our home insurance product to clients. I also support new staff members in sales techniques, use of system software I90 and set monthly targets and goals in order for the company to achieve maximum profitably.I am an energetic and enthusiastic person who enjoys a challenge and achieving personal goals. I have a passion learning new skills and work with new technologies. I work well both independently and as part of a team and thrive in a sales environment.My main strengths are my people skills,leadership,reliability,integrity and excellent sales skills and ability and the determination to get a job done as proven by my varied work experiences in sales.Customer service also plays a part in my role in which would be one of my strong points along with my excellent Insurance knowledge. I try to learn something new from every experience because I believe there is always room for self-improvement both personally and professionally.
