My position as a Produce/Floral Operations Specialist involves supervision of Produce and Floral operations in the 12 store Colorado region. My responsibilities include:• Supervise daily dept. operations in the region focusing on Quality, Presentation, Merchandising, Product Variety, Shrink, Cleanliness & Sanitation, Training, Customer Service and Overall Financial Performance.• Troubleshoot under-performing departments and create improvement plans.• Provide support during store grand openings.• Collect, supervise and report weekly gross profit numbers.• Hands-on training of new Produce Managers.

Greater Denver Area

In 2010, SmartCo Foods entered the Denver market with the opening of 5 new stores. I was responsible for setting up the produce, floral and bulk food departments for grand opening over a 6 week period.I supervised training of Produce Managers and crews for all 5 stores. I was involved in creating the weekly ads for these stores. I was also responsible for day-to day operations in these departments for the Denver area.
