    I managed a number of large scale TUPE and the resulting change management effort post transfer. I developed a manager development framework based on my observations and quantitative analysis using a training needs analysis. I led some significant HR projects not least of which was HR projects not least of which was the role rationalisation stream of a Connaught wide Reward project. It was extremely detailed, time consuming and required significant influencing skills to manage the project outcomes to time, without the benefit of hierarchical seniority over the team members. I also played a significant part in the eventual cessation of Connaught operations in Scotland following the business going into administration. This involved managing extremely emotive employee communications, trade union and press interaction, the development of alternative business models and day to day interaction with the administrators.
