Experienced senior construction manager with over 38 years in the construction and development business.Responsible for development and construction management for all new acquisitions in EQ Exeter's West region. Projects vary from speculative industrial and BTS projects to acquisition of office and industrial assets and the associated CAPEX or tenant improvements within properties under management.- Assist with Due diligence on land and building acquisitions.- Owner representation and management through zoning, entitlements, design and permitting.- Work closely with capital deployment team members to execute pursuit projects as well as manage and deliver high profile BTS, strategic land development and complex inventory projects.- Develop budgets, define risks and track costs, both hard and soft, for land, infrastructure, and building construction for build-to-suit and speculative developments.- Develop and manage projects ranging from $10k to +$50M in cost.- Lead consultant and contractors' teams to obtain the regional capital deployment goals and objectives.- Respond to build-to-suit or leasing RFP’s by establishing site plans and floor plans, proposed specifications, construction budgets, and schedules. - Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction and exceed customer’s expectations on each project.- Manage schedule, financial control and reporting on all construction projects.
