● Provide Leadership, recruiting and training of summer staff for overnight and day camps programs● Collaborate with divisional Program Directors to develop summer camps and year round retreats for youth and adults● Coordinate guest service and hosting of retreat groups● Supervise all program activity areas - pool, waterfront, ropes course, shooting range, hayride and campfire programs, sports and recreational areas.● Responsible for The Salvation Army Safe from Harm (working with youth and vulnerable adults) training and implementation.
