Currently a senior fire alarm technician at SimplexGrinnell in Boston. Currently the onsite technician at Boston Medical Center. I've worked closely with facilities directors and fire alarm groups and end users. My work includes managing and monitoring building general contractors, electrical contractors and sprinkler contractors with system upgrades at BMC and other locations also. Tearing down a panel to troubleshoot a ground fault is occasionally still part of the job.Previously I worked as the Simplex onsite technician at Harvard University and MIT.
