14 years of pastoral church ministry with a team-oriented approach to spreading the message of Jesus Christ. Organized and administered outreach programs, events, and connected with people both locally and abroad. Coached individual Student Pastors for personal growth and leadership development, seeing them become effective student leaders. Setup Children’s Ministry from ground up, directing building placement, as well as selecting audio/visual equipment to implement an effective group ministry. Associate Pastor transitioned to Lead Pastor to guide and enable discipleship and outreach for the congregation. Camp ministry assistant, assisting with care and upkeep of 14 buildings and guest services for up to 110 campers. Nurses station volunteer for 7 years for a children’s camp the ranges from 400 to 900 children per camp.
