Core Responsibilities• Responsible for influencing the company's corporate development, account management and management of implementation teams to ensure that the company's annual revenue target is exceeded.• Development of comprehensive annual strategic sales plan, including prioritized industry segments and focus areas of company service offering for further pursuit – to be updated quarterly throughout the year.• Prepare Key Account Management Plans including white space mapping• Work with the global account teams to create key metrics, KPI's and forecasting models to monitor and improve execution• Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of sales methods, costs, and results• Develop and manage sales budgets alongside the Director corporate development• Improve profitability through pricing and product/services mix• Stay abreast of trends and how they affect clients' business and development initiatives• Identify and help develop strategic relationships with potential clients and partners from the opportunity lead phase through the contract phase• Run the pitch process, including assessing initial opportunities, collaborating with key internal stakeholders on deliverables, and interfacing with prospective clients• Develop proposal and pitch materials, including case studies, initial point of difference on prospective clients' business, strategic presentations, and written components of a proposal• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships• Develop a trusted adviser relationship with key customer stakeholders• Identify opportunities and collaborate with the sales teams to ensure growth attainment• Management of existing business with timely and accurate reporting both internal and external. • Establish and implement short and long-range goals, objectives, and operating procedures
