EPM allows retailers to interact with customers by storing customer choices and responses to direct and indirect questions. EPM is integrated with the AMS loyalty product by allowing offers to be driven by customer’s preferences as well as NCR Fast Lane self-checkout systems and various retailer’s customer facing web sites and mobile apps. - Designed and developed (including requirements, coding, and testing) new product “Master Phrase Library” (MPL). MPL is an internal product used by other developers working on the AMS and EPM products. MPL allows the creation of translatable phrases used in the AMS and EPM web front ends as well as other interfaces. MPL is instrumental in allowing the localization and translation, into many different languages, for international use of the AMS and EPM products. - Intellectual property development and patents filed. - Hands-on product development (C#, VB, MS SQL, JavaScript, HTML) including web services, library classes, windows services, and web based interface.
