With years of experience as a data scientist at IBM and independent consulting, I have developed and applied my skills in data science, machine learning, and quantum computing to various projects and challenges. I have earned professional certifications in quantum computing from Latvijas Universitate and DelftX, and have researched creating foundation models in Qiskit, a leading framework for quantum programming. I am currently working with WatsonX, a platform that enables business users to use foundation models, such as large language models, for various tasks and domains. I am interested in optimizing these models for quantum computers or smaller classical devices. I am also using tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, SQL, and Scikit-Learn to perform data analysis, processing, and modeling. In addition, I am involved in a project with the VA, where I have obtained public trust clearance, I am using Hyperscience, a software that automates document processing and data extraction. I am responsible for improving and confirming the accuracy of the optical character recognition (OCR) system, and creating a library of reusable assets to streamline the workflows. I am passionate about leveraging quantum computing for data science or CFD solutions, and am designing a photonic quantum computer.
