The mobile health clinic had been in operation since April 2018 and there was identified need for an evaluation that provides lessons learned, an understanding of the process and related outcomes of this program. Objectives of this research: Conduct an independent evaluation to:- Assess the impact of activities conducted between 1 of April 2019 and 31 of March 2020- Assess if the goal to ensure increased access to health care services for marginalisedpeople was reached- Assess how many people were connected into the public health system (Bridging as aresult of contact with the mobile/shifting the use of health services)- Assess how many people the mobile health clinic served that were connected to otherservices- Assess satisfaction and relevance of the mobile health clinic for service users, partners(community and institutional) and volunteers- Contribute to successful scale up of the programMethodology- Mixed methods: qualitative (interviews with nurses, service users, volunteers,stakeholders and main partners) and quantitative (data from mobile health clinic EMR)- Developmental approach -
