Mark is Director and founder of MCI Planning & Development Ltd. MCI is an independent town planning and development consultancy advising on land and property development across the UK and Ireland. Mark works closely with developers, investors and land owners to provide an integrated property consultancy service designed at maximising asset value, delivering people friendly places and enhancing real estate decision making. MCI delivers town planning advice, financial viability assessments and placemaking expertise both independently or on a sub-contractural basis working with architects and other urban development professionals. Mark also runs the 'UK Developer Forum' - an invitational only networking group of residential and commercial developers that meets annually to exchange experience, industry knowledge and opinions of prevailing market conditions.
