I’m an out the the box thinker. I Believe one of my best traits is my problem solving skills, I take pride in dealing with difficult situations and finding solutions. I enjoy working with multiple size teams and have experience in managing a diverse group of people. I have a passion for ensuring everyone succeeds. I am an Avid outdoorsman on the weekends and spend a lot of my time in the Oregon wilderness. My time in the outdoors hunting and fishing has given me a unique set of skills and has aided me in every single job I’ve had. I love creating pathways that didn’t exist and working with people through challenges. I am always eager to learn and also pass on my own knowledge. Anyone that is in the transportation or logistic business knows that it is a daily challenge to keep things in control that are sometimes out of our control.
