I have many years of control room experience between working for Highways England and RAC and this has given me an understanding of what is required to keep operations running smoothly. Similarly, the knowledge gained from my years of organising building sites and dealings with people at many levels in both industries has given me the confidence needed to approach people from different backgrounds.
