I interfaced with and acted as the principal liaison between CIT-Franklin and customer Procurement, Engineering, Program Management, Production and QA personnel. I was responsible for reviewing all new RFQ requirements and Statements of Work and to author new program and change order proposals, negotiate contracts, establish and maintain project schedules, support design reviews and coordinate customer business reviews.

Electronic Cable Specialists was purchased by Carlisle Interconnect Technologies in October of 2009. During my tenure at ECS I worked as both a Regional Business Development Manager and Senior Program Manager based in Southern California. Bossard International - US was Master Distributor of hardware used in the commercial electronics and industrial marketplace. Responsibilities included all aspects of managing a regional distribution center: Hiring and training sales and warehouse personnel, business development, strategic marketing, managing direct and independent sales personnel, customer service, QA, billing and collections and inventory control.
