I am the proud CEO of Plus Education Recruitment. Since starting in the role, it has become increasingly clear to me that educational settings are continually under pressure and undergoing changes which can open up lots of challenges and opportunities. Back in 2021, I had a vision that meant any challenges and disruption in schools could be kept to a minimum. My main aim and intention throughout the business is to make a positive difference to young people’s educational experience by providing the best supply teachers in schools, crucially at the right time. I want to work with staff at varying stages of their teaching career and different levels of education, partnering the right individuals up with the perfect opportunities in schools.With having worked in education for over twelve years now, I have experienced and put into practise a whole range of different teaching styles. My current role, which I feel very passionate about, sees me deliver sport to children of primary and secondary school age. I am eager to pass on and share my own experiences and knowledge with our candidates and clients and still plan on continuing to grow further as a person in this field. I pride myself on being somebody who is easily approachable and feel this is a key quality in developing strong relationships with our schools.Plus Education Recruitment is a new, exciting opportunity and I look forward to making a positive difference to school settings.
