Gained exposure to the service, production, and sales teams with a Fortune 500 company. As part of the service team, I assisted with KPI review with service reps and managers, learned how to service our accounts and keep customers happy, and to negotiate with customers on renewals.As a part of the production team, I learned how one of the largest uniform laundry production facilities in North America is successful. I engaged with our Partners, learning what success looks like in each of their roles, and learning about each individual - their lives outside work. One of my biggest takeaways from my time at Cintas is that as a leader, you have to go above and beyond to engage with, listen to, and develop a solid relationship with the entire team in order for the company/facility to be successful.

Worked with the community relations department on events such as our annual Casino Night, summer youth hockey camps, our Local Coaches Symposium, and assisted in developing a First Game Program for underprivileged youth in the St. Louis area who had never been exposed to the game of hockey. Managed the Little Blues program, which is a Learn to Play program for children ages 4-9 who wanted to get started in hockey. This included setting up session dates with the local hockey associations, organizing equipment fittings for participants, and helping run the 6 week long programs.

Assisted the Business Intelligence team with everyday tasks such as timesheet formatting and review for several projects to determine remaining hours needed for each section of each project. Updated and created company wiki pages so training guides would be more easily accessed by customers. Worked on creating a 'BI menu' spreadsheet to help with bidding on new projects and to project hours needed for future project plans.

Responsible for general landscaping duties, while working in a team environment. Dealt with time management, communication with both crew and site managers, as well as increasing experience with various equipment.

Middcore is a mentor-driven leadership and innovation immersion program that partners students with businesses to learn about marketing, consulting, innovative design, team collaboration, persuasive communication, and creative thinking. During the 4-week program, my team worked with Blaze Pizza to develop a new marketing strategy to remain ahead of their competitors and with the High Fives Foundation, a non-profit organization for mountain athletes who suffer life-altering injuries, on their CR Johnson Healing Center in order to improve revenues from the center. In addition, I worked alongside a diverse group of mentors from major companies including Netflix, Stuart Foundation, Curious Industry, and IDEO to lawyers and the former governors of Vermont and Washington who each led discussions, workshops & challenges to push us to develop a variety of skills including: leadership, negotiation, ethical decision-making, cross-cultural understanding, conflict resolution, empathy, financial literacy, and crisis management.

Helped run drills for players in 6th, 7th, and 8th grades at Spencer Middle School Hockey Academy. Learned to work with kids, using strategies to help both individuals and the group exceed and improve throughout the school year.
