-Responsible for the Logistics, Production Planning, and Warehousing of the company-Focused on continuous improvement initiatives for the supply chain, as well as other components of the facility-Helping to lead the Lean Manufacturing initiative of the company through standardized work implementation-Continuing to lead the fork free expansion as well as direct delivery with automated guided vehicles

-Part of the design and implementation team for the company's electronic Kanban system (KSI), winner of the 2011 APICS International Award of Excellence. Completely electronic system that uses the production schedules and live PLC information for delivery of parts to the production cells on a JIT basis. -fork free initiatives-Designed the Leading Forward KPIs for many of the departments, including Materials, Manufacturing and Human Resources. Some of these initiatives include downtime, inventory accuracy, outstanding employee reviews, and safety-Created the Plan for Every Part for the organization-Implemented many Continuous idea projects for production planning, including automated schedule creation, live production build extractions, routing cost calculators, and automated email generation to suppliers that are identified as possibly interrupting the supply chain-Designed the Days on Hand system within Karmax. This displays historical data as well as predictive figures live within the planning system to show what our Days on Hand will be in future weeks based on the current plans in place.

-Planned and scheduled the 4 Tandem Presses and 1 Transfer Press within Karmax, while driving down Days on Hand and implementing CI idea’s that are still used today within the area.
