I am proud to have been working for over 33 years for a Company that was Founded by my Father, over these years I have seen many changes in the Industry. I have worked Mostly in the roles of Project Manager , Project Director and Company Director , I believe the key attributes for these roles are as follows . !:- You must be a good Leader and lead by example and care about those you lead.2:- You must be Honest and Ethical 3:- You must be a good Salesman 4:- You must be a good Estimator 5:- You must have good Commercial understanding 6:- You must be a good Planner 7:- You must be a good Constructor 8 :- You must do what you say you will do9:- You must drive other to challenge them selves 10:- You must Monitor and adapt. I have enjoyed the Challenges of Delivering complex projects in Australia , Papua New Guinea and China. Building , Gold Mines , Copper Mines , Chemical Plants , Stadiums , Coal Mines , Coal Ports , Power Stations , and large infrastructure projects. I have been Divisional Manager for Construction , Equipment and Papua New Guinea Markets. I am surrounded by an excellent Team of people which inspire me every day to achieve. My most enjoyable projects to deliver are complex design and construct projects in challenging locations.
