I'm passionate about team work! I love building, leading and being part of a well functioning team. I get just as excited being in a great band or sports team, as I do working in the business team environment. As a Customer Service leader, I am proud to say I brought the repair and credit returns department to the leader in the industry. We built a system that reduced turn around times from weeks to 1-2 days. Reporting on field failures, non-conformance issues and voice of the customer led me into my new role as Technical Product and Project Manager with emphasis on product development.I also enjoy communicating and teaching audio professionals about hearing assistance technologies, Induction Loop systems and sound reinforcement.Born and raised in London England, I started my professional career as an apprentice for British Telecommunications completing my City and Guilds then on to telephone exchange maintenance. My next career was playing drums in various bands traveling the world eventually landing my new home in Minnesota.Performed and recorded with the Steele singers, Cynthia Johnson (Funkytown), Slave Raider, The Del Counts, Phil Solem (The Rembrandts) and many more.I did my first bicycle race when I was 12 years old and won in my age group. With a love for everything to do with cycling (including building and maintaining bikes), I'm the neighborhood bicycle go to guy!
