  My experience includes the participation in numerous United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Superfund hazardous waste site investigations, Remedial Investigation/Feasibility Studies (RI/FS); Department of Defense (U.S. Air Force) Installation Restoration Program projects, RCRA Facility Assessments, RCRA Facility Investigations and RCRA Corrective Actions, as well as Underground Storage Tank (UST) projects, and private sector investigations in response to CERCLA and RCRA action. Most recently, I have conducted private and residential well sampling in addition to pre and post drill water sampling for Marcellus and Utica shale exploration.I have participated in and supported more than 100 field investigations in 20 states, including, New England, PA, OH, WV, VA, NC, and SC. Expertise in multi-media environmental sampling includes wastes (drums, lagoons, landfills, etc.), surface water, sediment, soils, groundwater (low-flow sampling), and stream flow measuring. Additional expertise in sample handling, and sample shipment according to EPA and DOT guidelines and protocols in USEPA Regions I, II, III, IV, V, VIII, and X. Provided oversight during the removal of more than 20 underground storage tanks, including the evacuation of product, tank tightness testing, and sample collection for RCRA closure. Also served as a field geologist during the drilling and installation of more than 50 monitoring wells using a variety of drilling methodologies (hollow-stem auger, rock coring and air rotary drilling) as well as Direct-Push Technologies (DPT).
