CurrentAs Chief Marketing Officer at USA Financial, I lead the strategy and execution of innovative marketing initiatives designed to empower financial advisors with the tools and resources they need to thrive. With a focus on creative branding, lead generation, and advisor education, I oversee the development of comprehensive marketing systems that drive growth for advisors and their practices.My role involves:- Designing marketing strategies that align with advisors' goals to attract, engage, and convert clients.Building scalable, turnkey systems that simplify marketing for advisors. This includes direct mail marketing, digital marketing, and brand consulting.- Leading educational events, workshops, and training programs to help advisors create a more predictable practice.- Creating financial education presentations for advisors to deliver to current and prospective clients to help facilitate growth in their practice.- Overseeing content creation, media production, and thought leadership that positions USA Financial as an industry leader. This includes leading an exceptionally talented marketing team that serves our corporate marketing initiatives and develops tools and systems for independent financial advisors.- Work closely with our business development team to introduce USA Financial to prospective advisors as they explore establishing a relationship with the firm.At the heart of my work is a passion for bridging the gap between advisors and their ideal clients, leveraging cutting-edge tools, data-driven insights, and impactful storytelling. During my tenure, I've had the privilege to host a nationally syndicated radio show (7 years), serve on the advisory board to one of the largest insurance companies in the world, and develop partnerships with Standard & Poor's, Kevin O'Leary, Annexus, JUST Capital, Meketa Capital, and many others.
