Mark is President and owner of Intuition & Logic Engineering, Inc. with over 23 years of civil engineering experience and an expert in urban stormwater and parks / pedestrian facilities projects for municipalities and government agencies. Mark is the engineer of record and Principal in Charge for hundreds of urban drainage designs, flood control facilities, watershed master plans, channel restoration designs, bridges, levees, dams, culverts, stormwater retention and detention basins, water quality facilities and more. Mark’s experience also includes the planning, analysis and design of parks, greenways trails and associated pedestrian facilities such as plazas, bridges, boat docks, sea walls, boat ramps, overlooks, parking lots, RV parks, comfort stations, pavilions, and much more. Mark has written municipal stormwater criteria manuals and taught multiple courses on stormwater facilities design, construction and maintenance.
