Present reserve reconciliations to management. • Reservoir engineer on a team responsible for field development planning for future horizontal development of approximately 15,000 undeveloped acres in Howard County (Midland Basin). • Develop type curves for horizontal targets by evaluating EUR distributions of offset wells and analyzing the impacts of variables such as lateral length, proppant and fluid volumes, stage and cluster spacing, well spacing, landing zone, etc. Use type curves to update company portfolio model for corporate planning.• Built Enersight planning model for field development optimization. • Evaluate economics of additional acreage and mineral acquisitions, land swaps, and trades to increase horizontal development position. • Assist West Permian team with evaluation of potential horizontal play in Lea County, NM on Central Basin Platform.• Perform economic evaluation of acquisitions of offset production/acreage and royalty acres/minerals to improve potential horizontal position.• Evaluate AFE proposals for Non-op horizontal wells and provide participation recommendations to management based on analysis.• Perform well spacing study to determine optimum well configurations for development.
